My 'Jara' Space

A Letter To Myself – 2018 Manifesto

By on January 2, 2018

This year my 2018 manifesto comes in the form of a letter to myself. This letter might be short but it says and means a whole lot to me.

Dear Temitoria,

You don’t need to look back at your past. 2017 was your past and there’s a new beginning to your life. You can write a fresh story, so write it.

Be patient with yourself and don’t get yourself hurt with your thoughts.

Believe the best in people and love regardless because you’re love.

Don’t give room for negativity remember how it easily draws you back.

Be grateful about everything and anything. There’s always something good to look forward to.

Let God be the center of your existence. Only God has you covered for life.

Trust God more, jump down the skyscrapers as long as God tells you to. Temitoria, stop being afraid of the unknown.

Declare what you want, your God listens every time you call.

Write your heart out. Be consistent in all you do.

Make time out to take care of yourself. Rest! Get a lot of it.

Let the Word of God shape you and His love keep you going.

Temitoria, 2018 was great!

I decided that beyond my love for writing and teaching, I would love to help people become who they should be. So I’m learning all I can and doing all I can to be able to help you professionally. What I do every day???I show up because someone out there needs a touch of warmth and possibility. I speak to God (He is my inspiration), get ready, send words of encouragement out there via social media and work tirelessly on how to help you find your happy place.
